It is important to look at a service provider and understand that factors such as the suitability and complexity of your condition for Teleconsult and the scope of service the provider provides.
RapiDr is able to provide services for all Telemedicine treatable ailments.
Understanding when to seek in-person treatment is important.
While Teleconsultations are convenient and accessible, if you are teleconsulting more than twice within a 30-day period and being issued an MC for each visit, RapiDrs might refer you for a physical in-person assessment. Our RapiDrs follow SMC and MOH Telemedicine guidance and may decline an MC or a video assessment is deemeed to be insufficient.
