    RapiDr delivers medications right to your doorstep. Delivery fees start from $8 depending on how quickly you want the medications to be delivered. Please reach out to our helpline + 65 88013277 if you face any difficulties ☺️

  • RapiDr is regulated under Ministry of Health Singapore’s (MOH) Healthcare Services Act (HCSA). In addition, RapiDr’s practices comply with National Telemedicine Guidelines (NTG) and SMC Ethical Code and Ethical Guidelines (ECEG). Our patients' data and medical records are also compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). All our providers constantly undergo a stringent screening and vetting process by RapiDr.

pRICING & fINANCICAL

  • Due to the way our payment vendor Stripe works, a temporary holding amount of $18.90 is charged once a consult is requested.

    Rest assured any unused balance will be released automatically within 7 working days. You will not be charged for any cancelled consultations.

  • Monday to Friday 0800 - 1800: $8.90 for the 1st minute
    Monday to Friday 1800 - 0800: $12 .90 for the 1st minute
    Every subsequent minute: $2 per minute

  • Patients are billed based on a pay-per-use pricing model. If you feel like there are issues with your total bill, please contact us via email and we would be happy to assess your bill on a case-by-case basis.
