How do I book a teleconsult for my child on RapiDr?

What are some things an adult and a minor can do to prepare for a Teleconsultation with RapiDr?
RapiDrs are trained and equipped to handle minors for teleconsultations.
Download the RapiDr app. We are available on both IOS and Android if you have yet to do so.
Signup and raise a consult with us - This process takes less than 2mins!
Enable the permissions on your phone (Camera, Microphone, Notifications) enabled when prompted to do so.
A debit or credit card for payment. Note that we have a holding amount of $18.90 as a deposit fee and any unused amounts would be refunded to you within 7 working days. You can find out more about that information here.
Ensure that you are in a conducive environment with your child for the consultation. We recommend you are in a well-lit space that is quiet and strong internet or WiFi connection.
A formal identification ready (NRIC, Ez-Link card, Singpass, Work Permit, etc) for both parent and child. Do note that RapiDrs will have to ask for the information of the accompanying adult in compliance with practices and guidelines from Ministry of Health Singapore (MOH).
What other documents am I required to have as a Parent for the consult?
While not mandatory, providing additional information can help our RapiDrs make an even more accurate assessment and provide the proper care for your child.
Logs: If you have been tracking anything (Temperature, Diet, Appetite, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, etc)
Past visitations to doctors: Mention any prescriptions or observations. These observations can be from RapiDr or other healthcare providers.
Does my child need to be on camera during the Teleconsult?
RapiDrs are trained and equipped to handle minors and accompanying adults. Your child should be visible and audible to our RapiDrs and similar to a consult in a physical clinic, you can answer on behalf of your child if they are uncomfortable to do so.
Are Online MCs Accepted by Schools in Singapore?
Yes, MCs issued by doctors via teleconsults our RapiDr app are accepted and recognised by employers and educational institutions throughout Singapore. RapiDr is an MOH-Approved Telemedicine provider in Singapore.
