Creating an account with RapiDr
Creating an account with RapiDr takes less than 2mins, and logging in takes 5 seconds - seriously!
Once you have signed up, an email verification will be sent to your inbox. If it’s not there, check your Junk folder.
Raise a consult with RapiDr
We redesigned our application with the patient in mind. With the RapiDr app, going from Home to Consultation takes about 70% less timing than before.

Having a smooth Teleconsultation with RapiDr
As per MOH Guidelines, Please ensure that you have:
Please also ensure that you have your Audio, Notification and Video permissions enabled.
Please ensure you have an identifying document (NRIC, Student Pass, Passport, Work Pass, etc). Documents should have both your name, state IC/NRIC and a photo.
You are in a quiet, conducive environment where our RapiDrs can see and hear you clearly.
Order Medications (If any)
After your consult, you can order your medications easily from the app. A notification will be sent to you when our RapiDr has prepared your prescription.
Retrieve your Memo and Medical Certificate (MC)
If you have been given a Medical Certificate or Memo from our RapiDrs, you can easily retrieve it in the app once it is ready. Should your employers require any verification on the validity of your MC, proceed to our bespoke MC verification tool or simply drop us an email @ Hello@RapiDr.sg. Invoice to your inbox
