1. “ I was supposed to be deducted $6.90/$9.90 but why is the amount reflected different?”

2. “I believe i was overcharged for my consult”
Due to the way our payment vendor Stripe works, a temporary holding amount of $14.90 is charged once a consult is requested. Rest assured any unused balance will be released automatically within 7 working days. You will not be charged for any cancelled consultations.
I can’t find my Medical Documents.
1. Please refresh the page on RapiDr a few minutes after your doctor completes your consultation.
2. If this does not work, please exit the consult page back onto the homepage and click on “View Past Consultations”.
1. The Name/NRIC reflected on my documents is incorrect. How do i update this?

I require an invoice with my name for documentation/insurance purposes. How do i access this?

I get an error message when trying to register for an account.
1. Please try again with a different email address. Most signup errors are due to the email address and switching to a different email usually solves the problem.

How do i check if the Medical Documents provided by RapiDr is valid?
1. All RapiDr Medical Documents come with a QR code which can be scanned to access our website. You may then enter the relevant details to verify the MC.
2. Should you face any difficulty or suspect that an Medical Document has been tampered with, please write in to us at Hello@rapidr.sg with the medical document attached.
What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine is an online service which allows patients to consult doctors with a mobile phone or laptop without leaving the house
Is Telemedicine regulated in Singapore?
RapiDr is regulated under Ministry of Health Singapore’s (MOH) Healthcare Services Act (HCSA). In addition, RapiDr’s practices comply with National Telemedicine Guidelines (NTG) and SMC Ethical Code and Ethical Guidelines (ECEG). Our patients' data and medical records are also compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). All our providers constantly undergo a stringent screening and vetting process by RapiDr.
How much does RapiDr's Teleconsultation cost? 
The prices of RapiDr’s online doctor consultation are as follows per the table below.

Monday to Friday 0800 - 1800: $6.90 for the 1st minute
Monday to Friday 1800 - 0800: $9.90 for the 1st minute
Weekends and Public Holidays: $9.90 for the 1st minute
Every subsequent minute: $2/30secs (up to a maximum $14.90 per consult)

Does RapiDr provide medications?

How much do medication delivery cost?
Yes! RapiDr delivers medications right to your doorstep. Delivery fees start from $8 depending on how quickly you want the medications to be delivered. Please reach out to our helpline + 65 88013277 if you face any difficulties ☺️
